CPCA hosts this annual program for our members, partners, and community health champions to enable attendees to learn from one another and honor those who have been instrumental through the year in providing whole person, whole community care to more than six million health center patients in California.

Health Center Staff and Leadership, Operations Personnel, Clinicians, Care Team Members, Policy and Legislative Advocates, Academic, State & Regional Partners, Community Based Organizations, Health Center Board Members and others involved in community health.
